try it again now. that error message is a temp message that has been happening recently. you should be able to try again at a later time and have it work. let us know how it goes this time around.

yes it appears to be a pretty widespread problem, but that you can 'get through' if you just keep trying over time to pick the band name from the list. In the meantime, we have alerted the engineers to look into it. Hopefully they find the problem. Thanks for bearing with us!
